The Cold is Back.

The cold is bad.

The cold is scary. It makes me cry and when I get cold enough bad thoughts enter my mind. It makes me think bad thoughts about myself and forces me to believe them. I don't like the cold. The cold makes me feel numb and the pain that I feel starts to disappear. I have felt the cold so much and I don't even hate it any more. It has kept me company when no one else has. It whispers bad things but I hear them so much that it is oddly comforting. The cold is familiar and wraps it's arms around me like a friend. The cold makes me comfortable and as it makes me cry I start to feel something that I have felt so many times before. The cold makes me sad. The cold puts me in a place I am comfortable with and doesn't hurt me in new ways. The cold never hurts me in a way I don't know. The cold is nice and makes me feel at ease.

The cold is good.
